By booking, visiting, or using King's Banya services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after required deposit/payment is received. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
Payments & Deposits
Deposits and payments may be non-refundable according to the booking terms provided at the time of reservation. Chargebacks for valid completed reservations may be disputed.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their conduct, invited guests, damage to property, excessive cleaning, violations of rules, and unsafe behavior.
Health & Safety
Sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, fire, slippery surfaces, and related amenities involve inherent risks. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Anyone with medical concerns should consult a physician before use.
Prohibited Conduct
Illegal activity, property damage, unsafe behavior, disturbing neighbors, unauthorized commercial activity, or violation of house rules may result in immediate termination without refund.
Limitation of Liability
King's Banya shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, personal property loss, indirect damages, or events outside reasonable control.
Changes
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
