Deposit also serves as a cleaning / damage deposit and is returned the next day after inspection if everything is left in order
$200 from deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling

Primary guest must arrive first and leave last
Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws
No illegal substances
If alcohol is brought, all responsibility for use and legal compliance belongs entirely to the guests
Guests enter and use the property at their own risk
Owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, guest conduct, or any damages caused by guests
