Reservation Time
Reservations begin from 2:00 PM and may start anytime after that. Please inform us of your exact time of arrival.
Deposit
$500 deposit is required to secure your reservation. It also serves as a damage and cleaning deposit. If everything is left clean, orderly, and without incidents, it is returned the next day after inspection. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, $200 from the deposit is non-refundable. Holiday reservations may have different deposit terms.
Rules

• Primary guest is fully responsible for the entire group
• Primary guest must arrive first and leave last
• Guests are not allowed inside before the primary guest arrives
• Full payment is completed upon arrival

• If alcohol is brought, guests are fully responsible for its use and legal compliance
